IOSH Fire Risk Management Group chair Paul Graham speaks to IOSH media officer Ruth Davies, about the importance of licensed businesses having a good fire strategy in place. This follows an event held by the Group today at Birmingham's HMV Institute, tackling many of the issues on why fire safety is so important for hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs.
