Melissa in the Morning: Solutions for Major Deficit?

Bridgeport school officials made a trip up to Hartford to discuss the nearly $39-million-dollar deficit the district is now facing. Acting Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Royce Avery, was there in front of the state board of education to talk about possible solutions.
