Keeping someone engaged during parental leave can feel a bit like a dark art. How do we make sure we’re not coming on too strong, but also, what if we look a bit aloof? The amount of organisations I’ve worked with who retrospectively wish they’d have talked about this more overtly is huge - I’ll go out on a limb and say non-scientifically, 95% of clients over the last seven years.

- It’s a two way conversation (nobody has to have 100% of the answers)
- No surprises (this comes with some real life examples of what not to do)
