Karen Ellis is an expert in Postnatal Recovery and a former midwife. Karen works with mums of young babies and older children to help them recover their pelvic floor so they can have dry knickers, heal their stomach muscles so they feel strong in their core, pelvis, and back, and build a strong body so they can enjoy active adventures with their little ones.
Karen leads the Dry Knickers Campaign, a mission to ensure every woman in the country has the information they need to have a strong pelvic floor and dry knickers. The Dry Knickers Campaign is also about helping mums exercise safely while learning how to look after their pelvic floor and stomach muscles.
