Knock on wood, Success Village residents seem happy overall about their heat and hot water this winter. However, the attorney overseeing the property isn’t too happy about people holding back on maintenance fees. We spoke with Attorney Barry Knott, receiver of Success Village, shared the latest financial reports and why he hired another attorney to start pressuring residents to pay or face foreclosures.
