Former Norwich City defender Marc Tierney enjoyed two memorable years at Carrow Road, playing a role in promotion to the Premier League in 2011. Amid wild celebrations on the Fratton Park pitch, Marc cartwheeled in front of a jubilant away end. Memories that live long in the memory.

The 39-year-old is now back in the game as sporting director of National League side Altrincham and is looking to replicate the culture that helped Norwich succeed in his new role.

Connor Southwell caught up with the man himself to discuss it all.
