After contracts expired for thousands of homecare and nursing home workers, there are talks about a possible strike. We spoke with Rob Baril, President of SEIU 1199NE, a union that represents 30,000 caregivers between Connecticut and Rhode Island. He shared the demands of these workers and the potential for a strike in the future.
