The Office of the Inspector General is determining whether a deadly officer-involved shooting in Bridgeport was justified. Meanwhile, the attorney representing the victim’s family says already released surveillance footage proves the shooting death of Dyshon Best was not justified. We spoke with Attorney Darnell Crosland.
