A Connecticut judge overturned a controversial Connecticut Siting Council decision to install monopoles along the Metro-North railroad in Bridgeport and Fairfield. Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim commented on the lawsuit and what happens now with the proposed plan from United Illuminating.
