This week is Nurses Week and the theme this year is “The Power of Nurses.” So, let’s talk about the power of this profession and the challenges our nurses face today, especially since the healthcare crisis became an even bigger problem after the pandemic. We spoke with Teresa Fuller, VP of Patient Care Services at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, about the career and how Connecticut is working to recruit and retain nurses.
