Many studies show a strong correlation, referred to as “the link,” between animal abuse, child abuse and domestic abuse. And now, many state agencies in Connecticut are working together to better address “the link” and combat the issues of abuse. We got insight about this from Department of Agriculture Commissioner Bryan Hurlburt.
