Melissa in the Morning: Massive Housing Bill

After more than 11 hours of debate, a massive housing bill passed in the Connecticut House of Representatives. House Bill 50-02 has been called an aircraft carrier bill that focused on zoning control, transit-oriented development, incentives to build, parking requirements and fair rent commissions. We got more details on the bill from Rep. Kadeem Roberts, Vice Chair of the Housing Committee.
