Melissa in the Morning: High Speeders

This week, a Fairfield county teenage driver is accused of speeding on I-95 causing a multi-vehicle crash. According to state police, the 15-year-old driver was clocked going 130 mph! We got reaction from State Police Sgt. Luke Davis.
