Melissa in the Morning: Shelton Updates

A state grant will bring new housing to Shelton. Governor Lamont announced that $2.9 million in funding would go to remediate two properties on Canal Street in Shelton. Shelton Mayor Mark Lauretti talked about these former industrial sites and the remediation process now. He also discussed his desire to create a regional special education school in the city.
