Melissa in the Morning: DOT Worker Hit

Here we go again, a DOT worker hit by a car on our state highways. Late last Thursday, apparently, a Department of Transportation supervisor got hurt when an impaired driver rear ended them in a construction area on Route 9. Sgt. Luke Davis from CT State Police responded to the scene and discussed the ongoing issue of these highway collisions.
