Five months after a 32-year-old man was rescued from a Waterbury home where he was allegedly held captive, DCF spoke candidly to members of Connecticut’s Children's Committee. On that committee and private zoom call was Shelton Senator Jason Perillo. He shared what came out of the meeting and what happens next.
