Melissa in the Morning: Down & Dirty 5K

The Sterling Down and Dirty 5K Obstacle Race is our annual family-friendly 5k obstacle-filled run through Stratford Short Beach every September. All proceeds from the event will benefit Sterling Community Center programs and services. We spoke with Amanda Meeson, executive director at Sterling, about the event and all the work Sterling does for Stratford and beyond!
