Melissa in the Morning: Fire Prevention Week

This week is Fire Prevention Week and the theme for this year’s fire prevention week is safety around lithium-ion batteries in your home. Lithium-ion batteries are in just about everything including kids' toys. The campaign stresses how important it is to buy, charge, and recycle these batteries safely. We spoke more about this with Bridgeport's Fire Chief and Fire Marshall.
