Melissa in the Morning: “State Government Corruption”

State Republicans are sounding the alarm about what they call “a culture of corruption in state government.” Today senate and house Republicans are set to introduce proposals – that include efforts to increase transparency especially when it comes to abuse of taxpayer dollars.
