Melissa in the Morning: Ballot Questions in Bridgeport

Is there really a ballot question in Bridgeport suggesting the city clerk position should not be an elected person? It’s one of many questions I have about the two ballot questions voters will face this election. For clarity, we spoke with councilman Richard Ortiz representing the 135th district about both ballot questions.
