Melissa in the Morning: Monopoles Vote

The Connecticut Siting Council is supposed to vote on a major decision today at 1pm. United Illuminating has proposed installing monopoles impacting Southport, Fairfield and Bridgeport. And now leaders from the municipalities are urging the council to delay its vote. State Senator Tony Hwang, one of the leaders in that group, is calling for a delay of vote.
