Melissa in the Morning: Chief McNeil Retirement

Stratford Police Chief Joseph McNeil has resigned the position, effective immediately.  Outgoing Stratford Mayor Laura Hoydick says Deputy Chief Paul DosSantos is taking over as interim chief. We spoke with the exiting chief about his decision and time on the force.
