Melissa in the Morning: Misspending on P-Cards

Within the last year, there’s been a lot of focus on misspending for CSCU purchasing cards. Now, a new audit highlighted the same problem but this time at Eastern Connecticut State University. Some lawmakers are sounding the alarm about a lack of oversight and of internal controls. We spoke with Senator Steve Harding about it.
