In the background you hear a persistent sound.  You probably won't recognise it - but it may remind you of something unpleasant.  However,  there is anxiety-relieving news to relish.  Plus Paul's resolution to "Be Not Tired While Driving" - maybe even "Drink More Coffee Before Driving in low light".
The doctor said you don't become unconscious during a TIA - and if you had a stroke, the crash wouldn't have woken you up."  Plus he gave Paul a battery of tests.
