Melissa in the Morning: Work Zone Safety Course

New drivers are now required to complete a free online Connecticut Work Zone Safety Course prior to obtaining a learner’s permit. The DMV says the new requirement goes into effect immediately as another way to highlight laws like slow down, move over. We talked about it with DMV Commissioner Tony Guerrera.
