Dealing with Setbacks in a calorie deficit

This week I focused on dealing with unexpected events during a calorie deficit - I recently lost my cousin Linda to cancer , which was very unexpected. Obviously, there was some changes made to my Calorie Deficit. In this episode, I give some advice and tips if you ever have to go through some thing like this.
