Melissa in the Morning: Under the Radar

The legislature's little-known bipartisan Regulation Review Committee has authority to review and reject policies installed by state agencies. Apparently, a bill considered to be ‘under the radar’ is being discussed in front of the Government Administration and Elections Committee. It would potentially change the bipartisan/balanced Regs Review Committee’s dynamic that has been in place for more than 50 years. We learned more from Senator Ryan Fazio.
