Melissa in the Morning: Missing Bullet Proof Vests

A total of 27 bulletproof vests, valued at more than $12,000, went missing from the state Judicial Branch over a two-year period, creating a possible threat to public safety. That’s according to a recent state audit. We spoke with John Geragosian, state auditor for Connecticut, to learn more.
