This episode is an update on the situation and also some reflections on death as I feel, after over 7 years of abuse, I may not have long left now. 

I have had a long time to thing about this and I am not afraid of death, I am afraid of my co-parent and the harm she has done to me and our child, because she will not stop until either our child or me, or both are no longer here. No parent would have harmed their child the way my co-parent has harmed her child. It is scary beyond words.

With the regional war, the ceasefire is fragile with ships being hit and missile alerts still happening. 

The government here has been wonderful, unlike the negligent UK government. Many people here have decided the UK is more dangerous than the war. I agree with them. 

Our lives are in danger here but moreso in the UK. My co-parent clearly could not care less about our lives. I have nothing against her, I have only ever wanted safety from harm. She seems determined to take our lives. 

I recorded this episode live on May 9th 2026. Due to events I haven't had time to edit or add a usual theme tune. It is a raw real-time unscripted account of things.
