Legislators on Saturday approved a 28-point-six-billion dollar state budget.  The rare weekend session ends three months of negotiations and will provide hundreds of millions of dollars to cities and towns to avoid property tax increases.  The budget also includes an additional 190-million dollars for education and 100-million dollars for distressed cities and towns. We took a closer look at the approved budget with Senate Minority Leader, Steve Harding.
