Melissa in the Morning: License Plate Reader Legislation

Senate Bill 397, An Act Concerning Democracy and Government Accountability, has been signed into law. In the legislation, there are significant changes to the use of license plate readers across the state. We did a deeper dive into this portion of the bill with Chelsea-Infinity Gonzalez, Public Policy and Advocacy Director at the ACLU of Connecticut.
