Melissa in the Morning: Parking Woes in Fairfield

We are beginning to see the impacts of the latest housing law in Connecticut. It passed in a special session in November of 2025. It includes a move to allow developers to build up to 15 residential units on a lot, without also building off-site parking. Now, Fairfield is trying to determine what areas of town should be protected from this. We got the latest from Fairfield Planning and Zoning Commissioner, Kathy Braun.
