A Bethany man pleaded guilty to sexually abusing girls in the town-run after school program and summer camp where he worked. His plea deal means him serving four years in prison, a lifetime restraining order for the victims in this case and registering as a sex offender. It may sound bad but is it really? We asked law enforcement expert, Gary MacNamara, who also happens to be a Bethany resident tracking this case from the beginning.
