16 Siders Kids: Can Any Of Them Come Back From This?

The youngest Siders child is eighteen months old. The oldest spent eighteen years inside that house. Between those two ages sits the most uncomfortable question in this entire case: where is the line — the age past which what was taken from a child can't fully be given back? Psychotherapist Shavaun Scott joins live to answer it honestly, without the comforting version.

Scott walks through what recovery actually looks like for children whose brains developed in total isolation. Some can't speak. Some can't read. All sixteen are now learning that the only reality they ever knew was a crime scene.
