Melissa in the Morning: P-Card Rules

Comptroller Sean Scanlon issued new guidance to all State of Connecticut purchase card (P-Card) users and coordinators requiring stronger reporting requirements and enforcement efforts for noncompliance. Changes are coming to oversight of P-Cards starting August 1st, and we got more information on this from the comptroller.
