Melissa in the Morning: Waterbury Branch News

Starting today, bus service will temporarily replace trains on the Metro-North Waterbury Branch. The replacement will last until next spring as upgrades are made to the Derby-Shelton, Ansonia, Beacon Falls and Seymour stations.
