Lindsay Clancy Lost THIS Before Her Trial Started

Lindsay Clancy trial update — the defense went into jury selection already down a weapon, and it happened in a pretrial ruling most people never heard about.

Judge William Sullivan denied Kevin Reddington's request to call women who have been through postpartum psychosis as witnesses. No lay testimony about the condition. Experts only. For a defense whose entire case depends on a jury genuinely understanding an illness almost none of them have encountered, that ruling matters more than any piece of physical evidence in the file.

What Reddington still has is a timeline that reads like an indictment of everyone who touched her chart. At the end of December, Lindsay Clancy told her husband she was having thoughts of hurting her children. She checked herself into a psychiatric hospital on New Year's Eve. She was released. Nineteen days later her three children were dead. Her lawyer puts the medication count at roughly thirteen psychiatric drugs in about four months, and her malpractice suit describes a dose raised the day before with no sleep that night.
