The incredible Sarah Tobin is our first guest on the podcast. She and Claire go way back, back to the carefree days of pints in the bar at Dublin City University and hot chicken rolls from Spar in Ballymun.

Having chosen a career in Marketing and Advertising, Sarah realised after the death of her daughter Alice in 2014, that she had another calling. She found Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping and this (divine) intervention got her through her darkest days.

Now a qualified Practitioner, she helps women worldwide recover from all kinds of trauma, guiding her clients through ancestral healing and inner child work.
Sarah also trains others to follow her path.

TW: The loss of a baby is discussed in this episode
