A search warrant in Enfield led to a disturbing discovery — police say they found firearms, narcotics, and more than 50 animals inside a home, including an illegally possessed capuchin monkey. Days later, authorities say a Hamden warehouse was home to dozens of illegal reptiles, including 46 venomous snakes. How common and how dangerous are animal hoarding situations?
