More and more communities in Connecticut are trying to navigate safer ways to deal with e-bikes in their neighborhoods. Recently, Norwalk had a serious crash between a juvenile rider and a truck. We spoke with Police Chief James Walsh from the Norwalk Police Department about the upward trend of young people riding these e-motorcycles and how families can help be part of the solution.
