Do Nancy Guthrie's Two Ransom Notes Share The Same Writer?

Two ransom notes now exist in the Nancy Guthrie case, released by the Pima County Sheriff's Department on July 31, and they read like they came from two different people. Tony Brueski, retired FBI behavioral analyst Robin Dreeke, and retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer break down why. 
The first letter opens with 'Hello Savannah,' demands four million dollars in Bitcoin, and knows specific details inside the house, including a white smart watch on the floor by the bed and a destroyed flood light out back. It reads like a script: deadlines, threats, demands. The second asks for nothing. It claims Nancy died shortly after she was taken, that she's buried in nature, and that the writer hopes her children find peace, and it reads like someone who was actually inside that house, apologizing. 
The financial trail adds another layer. Coffindaffer's trace of the alleged kidnapper's Bitcoin wallet shows the only funds that ever arrived were roughly three hundred dollars, sent by the FBI itself, and untouched since February 10. No ransom was ever paid, which contradicts Savannah Guthrie's own public statement that the family did their part. Messages written directly to that wallet include the exact words Savannah said on camera, meaning a line to whoever controls it has existed the entire time and gone unanswered.
