After taking a couple of weeks away from the podcast, Vanessa returns to *Unicorns Do Exist* with a brutally honest conversation about anxiety, uncertainty, healing, motherhood, dating, and starting over.

Her anxiety has been loud lately. Her brain and body aren't exactly on speaking terms, and she's realizing that sometimes the answer isn't to manifest harder, push through, or pretend everything is fine. Sometimes the answer is to slow down, go back to the basics, journal, move your body, rest, and yes… go back to therapy.

But that's only part of the story.

Am I actually seeing reasons this won't work, or am I looking for reasons because I'm afraid to let myself fall?

This isn't an episode about having all the answers.
It's about realizing you don't need them.

Vanessa talks about learning to sit with uncomfortable feelings instead of immediately reacting to them, allowing herself to like someone without knowing where it will go, asking for professional help without seeing it as weakness, and giving herself permission to rest without guilt.

Most importantly, she realizes that starting over doesn't mean starting from zero.

It means starting again with everything you've already learned.

This is Unicorns Do Exist at its core: love, sex, motherhood, healing, mental health, questionable decisions, dark humor, and figuring out how to find the magic when life looks absolutely nothing like the plan.

Because maybe you aren't lost.

Maybe you're just coming back to yourself. 🦄✨
