A deadly shooting in Hartford has left one person dead and four others wounded. Investigators are working to determine what led to the shooting, as they continue searching for answers and any possible suspects. But besides the alarming nature of this case, it also highlights a bigger issue with holding businesses more accountable and better supporting police across the state.
