The providers responsible for keeping Lindsay Clancy stable in the months before her children died never once compared notes. Four of them treated her. None of them talked to each other. Her nurse practitioner didn't even know she'd seen her psychiatrist fourteen times in four months. Retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer and retired FBI behavioral analyst Robin Dreeke join Tony Brueski for a full breakdown of what Plymouth Superior Court has heard — and what's coming next. Clancy searched "hallucinations" on her phone five days before the killings. A postpartum treatment program turned her away for being overmedicated already. She later jumped from a second-story window, leaving her permanently paralyzed, and separately slashed her own neck and wrists, going into cardiac arrest in the ICU. The prosecution rested after fourteen days and more than seventy witnesses; the defense answered that same afternoon with exactly three — Lindsay's mother, her sister, and a former coworker who called her a dedicated nurse. Patrick testified Lindsay described hearing a man's voice telling her to act, and prosecutors have never challenged that she heard it — only that she could have resisted. Not one of the Commonwealth's psychiatrists or nurse practitioners had ever treated a postpartum psychosis patient before this case. Coffindaffer and Dreeke lay out where the coordination broke down and whether three witnesses can carry the weight of seventy.
