A deadly midair collision is under investigation in Pennsylvania. A small Cessna 150 struck a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter on Wednesday night near Carlisle Airport. The plane’s pilot was killed. Two state troopers aboard the helicopter were injured but are expected to recover. The FAA and NTSB are investigating what caused the crash.
