As kids head back to school, experts say sleep should be part of the routine. CDC data shows about three out of four high school students don’t get the recommended eight hours on a typical school night. We spoke with Dr. Lynelle Schneeberg, Yale Medicine sleep psychologist and associate professor at Yale School of Medicine, for advice to improve sleep for kids and adults.
