This week, Kelly and Ian are joined by Andy Stone.  Andy, who shares his remarkable journey through ADHD, addiction and more than 11 years of sobriety.

Andy talks openly about using alcohol and drugs as coping strategies long before he understood what he was actually trying to cope with, and how getting sober finally gave him the space to understand his ADHD, autism and himself.

We also explore dopamine, emotional highs and lows, the importance of healthy coping strategies, and why simply removing alcohol can sometimes be only the beginning.

Today, Andy uses everything he's learned to help others better understand ADHD and avoid the destructive coping strategies that shaped so much of his own life.
