Connecticut’s largest business organization released its annual legislative scorecard, tracking lawmakers’ votes on key bills from this year’s session. CBIA says the measures focused on affordability, healthcare, energy, workforce development and transportation. Lawmakers with records of 85 percent or higher were recognized as “affordability champions.” But were they really?
