Where were you when the world stopped turning on September 11th, 2001? Anyone who was old enough on that day remembers it like it was yesterday. But many of us eventually moved on with our lives without 9/11 staying top of mind. Airline workers are not some of those people. We spoke with retired commercial airline pilot, Paul Zielinski, about what changed for the airline industry after 9/11.
