Melissa in the Morning: CSCU Back in Hot Water

The president of Central Connecticut State University is under investigation following a complaint alleging a workplace culture of fear, intimidation and bullying. The complaint, filed by a longtime university employee, details 14 alleged incidents involving President Zulma Toro. This story was brought to light by the WFSB I-Team.
